TLC health and fitness has a very active squash club setting the benchmark in squash pennant competition in the West. We currently have 14 teams ranging from Sydney premiers to division 7.
TLC is one of the very few recreational Gym center that have Squash Courts available .At TLC we have four squash courts and TLC has over 120 registered Squash players that competes in the NSW Squash Pennant Competitions.
TLC engages and hosts number of events including Inhouse competitions , Social events, different level competition events etc.
Squash coaching and developments are available for all ages. Courts are open to all social players from 5:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday and on weekends.
